【摘要】 随着城市人防标准的提高和防范可能爆发的战争,很多重要建筑和带有普通地下室的已有建筑需要按一定的人防设防标准进行加固改造。本文以某建筑普通地下室结构加固改造成人防地下室的工程为例,介绍一种平战结合的地下室加固改造新方法,包括设计计算方法和施工要点。该方法施工简便、快速,加固效果显著,既能满足平时大空间的建筑使用要求,又能满足战时人防要求,具有推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the upgrade of cities civil air defences and the constant awareness of the possibility of the breakout of a war, many important buildings and existing buildings which have ordinary underground floors need to be reinforced to meet civil air defences standards. This article uses the reinforcement process of some buildings’ underground floors to meet these standards as an example which introduces new methods of reinforcement (of use at times of peace and war), including design and calculus methods, as well as important aspects of the construction process. The installation of this method is simple and fast, and the effective reinforcement is quite noticeable. Not only does it satisfy the needs of big spaces in times of peace, but will also meet the civil air defences standards, so it shall be possible to popularise this method.更多还原
