【摘要】 本文利用重庆市1996～2005年数据,从耕地、建设用地的变化及其与经济发展的相互关系角度探讨了土地利用与经济发展之间的耦合关系。分析表明:①重庆市地区生产总值、一产产值均与耕地面积变化呈显著负相关,且地区生产总值与耕地面积表现为y=-52.69x+14823(y为地区生产总值,x为耕地面积)耦合关系模型;②地区生产总值、非农增加值与建设用地面积耦合关系模型分别为y=211.11x-9082.1(y为地区生产总值,x为建设用地面积)和y=179.3x-7777.8(y为非农增加值,x为建设用地面积),均达极显著正相关关系;③重庆市固定资产投资与建设用地面积之间相关性达极显著水平,其耦合关系模型表现为y=0.0051x+47.286(y为建设用地面积,x为固定资产投资);④重庆市经济结构演进与土地利用结构变化关系耦合模型为y=0.0041x+1.0516(y为土地利用结构变化,x为经济结构演进)。同时,土地利用与经济发展耦合关系只是历史上某一时期区域经济增长方式的表征之一,是衡量土地利用集约和节约的水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analyze the date of land using from1996 to 2005 in Chongqing, researches study on the relationship between the development of economy and the change of land using. The main conclusion of paper as follow: ①the relationship is negative remarkably among the change of GDP & production value of farming and the change of plantation acreage. And the equation is y=-52.69x+14823(y denote GDP,x denote plantation acreage);②Also, the relationship among GDP, Non-agriculture increased Value and construction land using acreage is evidently ,which the coupling equation is y=179.3x-7777.8(y denote Non-agriculture increased Value, x denote construction land using acreage);③Social-fixed-asset investment correlated significantly positively to construction land using acreage in Chongqing, the coupling equation is y=0.0051x+47.286(y denote construction land acreage,x denote social-fixed-asset investment); ④The relationship equation of evolution of economic structure and the change of land using structure is y=0.0041+1.0516(y denote the change of land using structure,x denote evolution of economic structure)。The relationship between the development of economy and the change of land using is only one of phenomenon which represent the regional economic growth, also the relationship can scale the intensive level of land using.更多还原
