流式细胞术-急性白血病细胞免疫表型分析

【摘要】 目的研究应用流式细胞技术对急性白血病进行免疫表型分析,为临床治疗和预后提供有价值的信息。方法运用双色免疫荧光抗体标记患者骨髓或外周血单个核细胞,用流式细胞仪分析白血病细胞膜免疫表型。结果分析75例急性白血病患者中,急性T淋巴细胞白血病(T-ALL)患者12例,占16.0%;急性B淋巴细胞白血病(B-ALL)患者24例,占32.0%;急性髓细胞白血病(AML)患者37例,占49.3%。混合型急性HALL/B有2例,占2.6%。ALL患者除均表达淋系抗原外,同时伴有髓系抗原的表达,AML患者除均表达髓系抗原外,少部分同时伴有淋系抗原的表达。AML细胞表面抗原表达百分率成人明显高于儿童(73% /27%)。结论流式细胞技术能准确地分析并鉴别出急性白血病各型别,是白血病诊断分型的重要手段之
【Abstract】 Objective The study of analysing actue leukemia immunophenotyping by flow cytometry could provide valuable information for clinical treatment and prognosis. Methods Adopted the method of two color immunofluorescece antibody marking single cell from patients’ blood or marrow, then analysed immunophenotyping by flow cytometry. Results 12 patients had suffered T-ALL, 24 patients had suffered B-ALL and 37 patients had suffered AML in 75 actue leukemia patients. Patients with ALL expressed lymphocyte antigen accompanied myeloid antigen. All patients with AML expressed myeloid antigen, and a few patients with AML accompanied lymphocyte antigen. Conclusion Immunophenotyping by flow cytometry is an important method for leukemia diagnosis and type defining.
