航天诱变对棉花农艺性状与纤维质量性状遗传变异的研究
Study on cotton agronomic character and fiber quality character for space mutation

【摘要】 利用神州4号飞船搭载棉花种子,返地后播种、栽培,观察与调查其后代的变异及遗传情况, 以期选育出优良的突变体,定向培育成新品种供生产应用。经连续2年的观察结果表明:株高、叶绿素含量有明显的竞争优势,而单株铃重、衣分则表现为负优势。纤维质量方面,航空诱变的纤维长度、麦克隆值的变异朝着高支纱的方向诱变,而比强度则下降,整齐度、伸长率变异幅度不大。
【Abstract】 The cotton seeds carried by the Shenzhou4 airship were sowed and cultured,and then,its progeny variation and heredity situation were observed and investigated for selecting the excellent mutant, the directed breeding new cotton cultivar supplies the production application. By two years observation, the result showed that, the plant height and the chlorophyll content have the evident competitive advantage, but the single boll weight and lint percentage display for the negative superiority. The fiber quality aspect, the fiber length and the micronaire value variation direction is facing high count yarn direction, but the fiber strength assumes the drop tendency, uniformity and the elongation ratio variation had little influence.
