长杆弹在岩石介质材料中侵彻爆炸试验研究

【摘要】 国内外研究弹体对岩石介质侵彻爆炸问题的主要方法有二种,即:经验法和数值法。由于数值法不能直接为工程提供设计依据,因此世界各国防护工程设计规范中基本上采用经验法评估各种弹体对岩石介质的毁伤问题。在我国规范中尚未涉及钻地武器对岩石介质的侵彻问题以及岩石介质中侵彻与爆炸复合效应问题。本文根据相似准则和大量试验数据拟合给出了适合新型钻地武器在岩石介质中侵彻的经验公式,并得出新型钻地武器在岩石介质中侵彻爆炸时,其弹坑半径和弹坑体积与钻孔爆炸相比明显增大,岩石介质中侵彻爆炸复合效应较为显著。因此我国现行规范中地下结构防护层设计厚度可能偏小, 应给予高度重视。

【Abstract】 In China and other countries, there are two methods, viz. empirical method and numerical method, for researching into the penetration and explosion of projectile in rock medium. Because numerical method can’t provide the design basis for engineering directly, the design criterions of protective engineering of most countries use empirical method to evaluating various projectiles damage to rock medium. In China, the penetration effect and the composite effect of penetration and explosion of earth-penetrating weapons in rock medium have not been considered in the current standards. This paper presents an empirical formula for calculating the penetration depth of new types of earth-penetrating weapons. It also has come to the conclusion that the radius and volume of the crater, which is created by the penetration and explosion of new types of earth-penetrating weapons in rock, is obviously larger than those of drilling hole explosion. The composite effect of penetration and explosion of earth-penetrating weapons in rock medium is obvious. Thus, the design thickness of the protective layer of underground structure in the current standards may be on the low side. We should pay much attention on it.
