【摘要】 介绍了模糊聚类分析的理论和方法。讨论了三种数据规格化方案,提出了极差值是最简便的方案,引进了正常状态和故障状态时的样本数据,加入待检测数据对矩阵进行聚类分析,来检验待检测数据是否出现故障。通过实例分析, 证实了模糊聚类分析对提高抽风机故障诊断能力的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fuzzy set analysis theory and method are presented in this paper, the standardized data for cluster analysis with three methods are compared, the extremity standardizing methods is recommended. The matrix based on the normal,fault and new data is introduced to label the fault data. In the end, it indicates that the method is available for the fault diagnosis of suction fan.更多还原
