大型回转支承寿命预测方法的研究

【摘要】 给出了回转支承主要损坏形式,论述了目前实际应用计算其额定使用寿命和评估分析运行状态方法的局限性,给出了一套针对钢包旋转塔回转支承剩余使用寿命动态测隙评估方法,并应用该方法对其进行了分析研究,得出了符合实际情况的结论并合理地预测了其剩余使用寿命.
【Abstract】 This paper presents the main disabled forms, and discusses the limitations of the current methods in which rating lifetime is calculated and condition at operation is estimated for the large-diameter antifriction bearings. The novel method in which the residual service lifetime of slewing bearing mounted in ladle turret is evaluated by the dynamic abrasion loss is put forward. On the basis of the method, testing and analysis are carried out. The results shows that residual service lifetime is reasonably predicted and the method is valid.
