【摘要】 近年来,快速成形技术(如SLA、LOM、FDM等)得到了快速的发展,基于焊接的快速成形技术因能获得组织致密的金属零件,从而得到工业界的广泛关注。回顾了当前基于焊接的快速成形技术的研究进展,介绍了与之相关的CAD模型切片算法、路径规划策略以及焊接方法、焊接工艺参数、成形过程监控等的发展状况及其对成形效果的影响:并对以后熔焊快速成形技术的研究方向做了预测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays,the rapid prototyping (RP)(such as SLA,LOM,FDM) has developed rapidly,for which the industrial group paid close attention to it.In this paper,the present developments of HP based on welding are reviewed,and the effects of slicing strategy, welding path planning,welding methods and processing parameters are introduced.At the end of this paper, the further researches are pointed out.更多还原
