【摘要】 目的:比较两种雷公藤多苷片(TWP1、TWP2)的抗炎和免疫抑制作用。方法:采用角叉菜胶、棉球和二甲苯致炎法观察抗炎作用;采用溶血素、迟发型超敏反应(DTH)、碳廓清、免疫器官重量等观察免疫抑制作用。结果:TWP27．5、15 mg·kg-1可显著抑制大鼠角叉菜胶足肿胀、棉球肉芽肿重量及小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀;TWP1 15、30 mg·kg-1仅对小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀有显著抑制作用。TWP1、TWP2 15、30 mg·kg-1均可显著降低小鼠溶血素生成,但前者作用强于后者;TWP1 15 mg·kg-1、 TWP2 30 mg·kg-1均可显著降低小鼠碳廓清指数;两者对小鼠DTH、胸腺和脾脏重量均无明显影响。结论:在7．5～30 mg·kg-1剂量范围内,TWP2的抗炎效果较优,而TWP1的免疫抑制作用较强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare anti-inflammatory and immunosuppress effects of two kind of tablets of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosidium (TWP1 and TWP2) . Methods: Animal model of acute and subacute induced by carrageenan, tampon and dimethylbenzene inflammation were used. The effects of TWP on the hemolysin response, delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) , carbon elimination from plasma. the weight of immune organs of the mice were studied. Results: At dose of 7.5、15 mg·kg-1, TWP2 can markedly inhibit the inflammatory induced by carrageenan, tampon and dimethylbenzene. At dose of 15、30 mg·kg-1, TWP1 only can markedly inhibit the ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene. TWP2 and TWP1 at dose of 15、30 mg·kg-1 can markedly reduce hemolysin response in mice, but the former is stronger than the latter. TWP1 at dose of 15 mg·kg-1 and TWP2 at dose of 30 mg·kg-1 and can markedly reduce carbon elimination from plasma of mice, but both of TWP1 and TWP2 can not markedly inhibit DTH and the weights of thymus and spleen of mice. Conclusion: At the dose of 7.5 to 30 mg·kg-1, anti-inflammatory effects of TWP2 is stronger than TWP1, but immunosuppress effects of TWP1 is better than TWP2.更多还原
