CIK细胞与LAK细胞对H-22腹水瘤的抑瘤作用

【摘要】 目的观察CIK细胞及LAK细胞对H-22荷瘤鼠的抗肿瘤作用。方法建立H-22荷瘤鼠动物模型,静脉输入CIK细胞3周做抗肿瘤治疗,同时设LAK对照;用同位素法检测经治疗后荷瘤鼠T细胞增殖及NK细胞毒活性。结果CIK细胞对H-22荷瘤鼠的抗肿瘤作用显著强于LAK细胞(抑瘤率分虽是54%vs 27%);并且CIK疗法的抗肿瘤作用可能与荷瘤鼠T细胞增殖活性增高有关。结论CIK细胞对H-22荷瘤鼠的体内抗肿瘤作用显著强于LAK细胞。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the anti-tumor activity of CIK(cytokine induced killer) cells on Kunming mice bearing H-22 tumor in vivo. Methods CIK cells were injected intravenously into the mice bearing H-22 tumor for 3 weeks and compared with LAK controls in the same time. Results CIK cells had significantly antitumor effect(the median inhibitory rate was 54%) which was much higher than that of LAK cells(the median inhibitory rate was 27.1 %); and the later experiment suggested that CIK therapy was correlated with inducing the proliferation of the mice spleen T cells other than the NK cytolytic activity. Conclusion CIK therapy was more effective on mice bearing H-22 tumor in vivo than that of LAK.
