3种T细胞系细胞毒作用的比较

【摘要】 目的探讨T细胞的杀伤机制。方法采用51Cr释放试验,检测了3种T细胞系(OE4、4Q11、BK1)对瘤细胞TA3的细胞毒作用。结果 CD4+T细胞BK1,4Q11也具有特异的杀伤作用。结论除CD8+CTL外,还存在 CD4+TCL,其杀伤作用依赖于Fas／FasL途径。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cytotoxicity T of lymphocyte. Methods 3 kinds of T cell lines (OE4, 4Q11, BK1) were used in specific51 Cr release assay, target cell line was TA3. Results CD8+ CTL line OE4 caused highly specific lysis of target cells. 4Q11 and activated BK1 were expressed directional cytotoxicity for target cell eventhough they are CD4+ T cells. Conclusion Basides CD8+ CTL, some of CD4+ T cells can specifically kill target cells through Fas/FasL pathway.
