【摘要】 目的探讨可溶性粘附分子-1在多发性硬化症发病机理中的作用。方法用ELISA(双抗体夹心法)检测了15例未经治疗的多发性硬化症患者血清中sICAM-的水平,以15例正常人作对照。结果患者血清中sI- CAM-1水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);复发期患者sICAM-1水平显著高于缓解期。结论 sICAM-1可能是中枢神经系统急性炎症的标志之一;血清中sICAM-1水平的测定对临床诊断、预测复发具有一定意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change and effect of adhesion molecules in the immuneopathogenisis of multiple scleraosis( MS). Methods Soluble intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 (sICAM-1 ) level of serum in 15 MS patients and 15 subjects in healthy controls were examined by ELISA. Results The sICAM-1 level in MS patients group were obviously higher than that of control group (P < 0.01) .furthermore the sICAM-1 level of serum in relapsing patients was obviously higher than that of remitting patients (P < 0.01). Conclusion sICAM-1 may serve as a marker of acute inflammatory events in the brain; examination of sICAM-1 in serum of MS patient may be useful in diagnosis, judgement of disease phage, and prediction of relapse.
