【摘要】 随着民用半导体桥(SCB)火工品的发展,SCB电雷管的出现,由于SCB电雷管具有安全性高,可靠性高,抗电磁干扰能力强等特点,已经成为了民用电雷管产品的发展趋势,同时由于SCB 电雷管起爆的特殊性,设计一种专用SCB起爆装置已经越来越迫切。该新型多功能SCB起爆装置具有体积小(180mm×160mm×70mm),工作电压低(12V直流),反应速度快等优点,能够输出2kV～4kV 的高压,能保证可靠起爆串联的50发SCB电雷管,并且还具有输出电压在线可调、显示等功能,是一款性能优越的多功能可变电压SCB起爆装置。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of SCB(Semiconductor bridge) initiating explosive devices and the advent of SCB electric detonators, it is becoming necessary to design a special blasting machine to initiate SCB detonators. The new multifunctional SCB initiator introduced in this paper has advantages of small figure size(180mm×160mm×70mm),the low work voltage (12V) and the fast response time. It can provide 2-4kV high voltage to meet the actual need which is high enough for the reliable initiating of 50 serial SCB detonators. On the other hand, the output voltage can be easily adjusted and be displayed on-line. So it is a new type multifunctional SCB initiator.更多还原
