【摘要】 本文综述了材料介电常数的测量方法,测量方法可分为:频域技术、时域技术、噪声相关技术和谐振腔技术。在材料科学中,已广泛使用基于商用测量设备的介电常数测量方法。本文讨论了材料介电常数测量的最新进展和主要应用。
【Abstract】 The measuring methods of the material permittivity are reviewed. The measuring methods are the frequency domain techniques, time domain techniques, noise correlation techniques, and resonant cavity techniques. The measuring methods-based commercial meters have been widely used in material science. The recent developments and the key applications of the measuring techniques for the material permittivity have been discussed.
