涂层材料与加工工艺对FSS结构频率特性的影响

【摘要】 制备了覆铜、镀铜和镀银3种涂层材料以及数字刻铣和电路腐蚀两种加工工艺的FSS平板,在微波暗室内测定了这些FSS平板的频率特性。结果表明:不同导电性能的覆铜、镀铜和镀银FSS结构具有不同的中心频率和带宽,随导电能力的提高中心频率向高频漂移,带宽呈现变窄的趋势,而不同材料对FSS结构的角稳定性影响不大;电路腐蚀法加工的FSS结构频率特性优于数字化刻铣加工的FSS结构,其原因在于电路腐蚀法加工的FSS缝隙较平整、光滑而数字化刻铣加工的 FSS缝隙较粗糙。

【Abstract】 FSS structures were made in three different coatings (brushed copper coating, plated copper coating and plated silver coating) and two different processing (digital fluted processing and etching processing), and the frequency characteristic of these FSS structures were measured in dark room for microwave. The results are described as following. Different conductivity FSS structure display different centre frequency and bandwidth for three coatings, respectively, with increase of the conductivity of coating, the centre frequency increases but the bandwidth decreases. The fluctuation of centre frequency for different incident angle is very little for three different coatings. The frequency characteristic of etching processing FSS is better than that of digital fluted processing FSS, which is the result of regular, slick aperture for etching processing and the coarse aperture for digital fluted processing.
