轻质微波干扰粉体/颗粒的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 以化学镀的方式对聚乙烯粉、聚氯乙烯粉、聚苯乙烯粉、云母粉、石墨粉、鳞片状石墨、膨胀石墨、聚氨酯海绵颗粒、聚苯乙烯泡沫球等轻质无机、有机粉体/颗粒基体进行表面金属化改性,镀覆的金属为铜、镍、钴等。所得样品的金属包覆层连续完整,均匀致密,表面金属覆盖率>92%,厚度2.5-4μm。用微波网络分析系统测试了金属化样品在X波段8-12GHz 的微波干扰性能,结果显示:云母粉、石墨粉、聚乙烯粉、聚氯乙烯粉、聚苯乙烯粉等基体金属化样品的微波衰减性能均<70%;鳞片状石墨、膨胀石墨、聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料球等基体金属化样品的微波衰减率均> 94%;鳞片状石墨、膨胀石墨基样品的反射率63%- 71%。

【Abstract】 These powder of polythene, PVC, polystyrene, talc, graphite and these paniculate of squama graphite,expanded graphite,polyester sponge, polystyrene foam are metallized by electroless copper, nickel, cobalt plating. The metal overlay rate of these materials preponderate 92% and the thickness of matel is 2. 5 - 4μm. The microwave interfere performance of these metallized materials is tested by HP system in 8-12GHz X band. The attenuation rate of these metallized sample of polythene powder , PVC powder, polystyrene powder, talc powder, graphite powder is all under 70%. The attenuation rate of the metallized sample of squama graphite,expanded graphite, polystyrene foam paniculate is all preponderate 94% and the reflect rate of the metallized sample of squama graphite and expanded graphite is intervenient 63%-71%.
