电解液组成对TiO2纳米管形成的影响

【摘要】 电解液在阳极氧化中发挥着重要作用,本文着重研究了不同电解液对钛箔表面生成TiO2多孔膜形态和成分的影响规律。本试验采用了恒压阳极氧化方式,分别以HF(0.5%(质量分数)),(NH4)2SO4+HF(0.5% (质量分数)),(NH4)H2PO4+HF(0.5%(质量分数)), NaNO3+HF(0.5%(质量分数))为电解液,在钛箔表面获得多孔TiO2膜。用FESEM观察了多孔膜的形貌并用 EDX能谱对膜表面成分进行测试分析。实验结果表明: 在单一的HF酸电解液中加入(NH+)2SO4或(NH4)H2PO4 后,阳极氧化生成的膜孔径明显减小,并且膜表面形态较差。加入NaNO3后,对膜的形貌影响不是很大。由 EDX能谱分析得出,阴离子并不是很容易能进入膜表面,而氮元素却很容易进入膜的表面,影响膜的成分构成。

【Abstract】 The electrolyte plays an important role in anodic oxidation. The effect of the different electrolyte morphology of TiO2 porous film on pure titanium was studied in this work. The TiO2 porous film was prepared by constant voltage anodic oxidation on the surface of pure titanium, separately using HF(0.5wt%), (NH4)2SO4 +HF(0.5wt%), (NH4)H2PO4 + HF(0.5wt%), NaNO3 + HF(0.5wt%) as electrolyte. Then the morphology and the component of the film were analysis with the aid of FESEM and EDX. The results showed that the aperture distributed of Ti02 porous films by anodic oxidation reduce in evidence, and the morphology of the film was not very good, while add (NH4)2SO4 or (NH4)H2PO4 in the electrolyte, including HF(0.5wt%) only. There is noting different when we add NaNO3 in it. From the analysis with EDX, we find anion of the electrolyte can not come into the film, but nitrogen.
