TiO2/(Yb2O3,ZnO)纳米复合有机涂料的制备及性能表征

【摘要】 考察了不同分散方式、分散时间、分散剂种类、分散液pH值对TiO2/(Yb2O3,ZnO)纳米复合粉体在水中分散性能的影响。并利用两步法将TiO2/ (Yb2O3,ZnO)纳米粉体应用于苯丙聚合乳液中制备了纳米复合涂料。实验测定了TiO2/(Yb2O3,ZnO) 纳米复合有机涂料中粉体的分散状态和抗菌性能,并以气相中甲醛的光催化降解为探针反应考察了环境因素对净化甲醛效能的影响。结果表明最佳分散剂 3275加入量为1%(质量分数),溶液pH值为8.0,分散1h,经透射电镜(TEM)观察,涂料中TiO2/ (Yb2O3,ZnO)颗粒分散性良好,平均粒径为30nm;该涂膜在室温下,自然光照6h后,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、绿脓杆菌的杀菌率分别为 98.0%、97.3%、98.8%、97.7%;在20L反应器内,相对湿度65%,20℃,两盏6W、365nm波长黑光灯照射 156h条件下,在甲醛初始浓度时,甲醛降解率为94%。因此,TiO2/(Yb2O3,ZnO)纳米复合有机涂料具有良好的抗菌及降解室内甲醛的功能。

【Abstract】 Effects of different kinds of dispersion, time, species of dispersant agent and pH on the dispersion performance of nanoparicle TiO2/(Yb2O3, ZnO) in water were studied. Composite nano-coatings was prepared u-sing TiO2/(YbzO3, ZnO) nanoparticles as functional padding and polystyrene-acrylic acid as coating latex by two-step process crafts. particle condition and antibiotic property were determined in the coatings, and the performance of degrading formaldehyde in gas-phase was studied with photocatalytic reaction as probe reaction. The results show that the optimal coating is prepared by 1% 3275, pH8. 0 and rubbing 1h and the particle can disperse well in organic membrane and the average diameter of the particle is 30nm by TEM detection. Illuminated 6h with sun light and in room temperature, the antibacterial rate of escherichia coliform, staphylococcus aureaus bacillus subtilis and pseudomonas aeruginosa of this organic membrane can reach 98. 0%, 97. 3%, 98. 8% and 97. 7% respectively. Degradation rate of formaldehyde whose initial concentration is 178. 26mg/m3 in 20L reactor is 94% , with the relative humidity 65% , 20℃ , and illuminated 156h with two 6W,365nm ultraviolet light. Thus, the TiO2/SiO2 composite nano-coatings has good properties of antibacterial and degradation of formaldehyde.
