纳米Ag/SiO2抗菌剂结构与性能的表征

【摘要】 以纳米SiO2为载体,通过吸附法制成了纳米Ag/SiO2抗菌剂样品。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)等测试分析手段,表征了样品中Ag的形貌和结构;同时对样品的抗菌性能进行了测试。结果表明Ag+被吸附到了纳米SiO2的孔洞当中,并以纳米颗粒的形式存在。该抗菌剂对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌具有良好的抗菌性能。
【Abstract】 Silver-loading Nano-SiO2 antibacterial agent (SLS) was synthesized by adsorbing silver cation onto Nano-SiO2 carrier. Silver content of specimens was determined by atomic absorption spectrum (ICPS). The morphology and structure of the specimen was characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) techniques. Also, the antibacterial performance of the specimens were examined. The experimental results indicated that the silver ion is loaded in the porous of Nano SiO2, and exist as Nano-particles form. Antibacterial properties of Nanometer Ag/SiO2 antibacterial agent was excellent against E. coli and S. faecalis.
