高沸醇木质素衍生物对内毒素的吸附性能研究

【摘要】 内毒素是革兰氏阴性菌细胞壁的外层脂多糖组分,可引起机体发热反应,重症将导致休克,而内毒素对热或有机溶剂都十分稳定,通常的灭菌操作难以使之除去。本文采用高沸醇木质素衍生物作为对内毒素的吸附剂,对它们与内毒素的吸附性能进行了研究,结果表明,在室温下,高沸醇木质素酚和高沸醇木质素胺都能吸附水溶液中的内毒素,加入有机溶剂后又可以释放出吸附的内毒素,解吸后的高沸醇木质素酚和高沸醇木质素胺可以再吸附内毒素,高沸醇木质素衍生物可成为清除内毒素的新型功能高分子材料。
【Abstract】 Endotoxin is composed of lipopolysaccharid, which is the outer cell-wall component of Gram-negative bacterials. Endotoxin leads organism to fever, in serious case it leads up the patient to shock. Endotoxin is very stable to heat or organic solvents, the usual sterile operation is difficult to remove endotoxin. The result of the research shows that HBS lignin and its derivatives, which were separated from plant raw materials by using high boiling alcohol as a solvent., can adsorb endotoxin. At room temperature, the adsorbed endotoxin was released when organic solvent was added to the system. Separated HBS lignin derivatives from lignin-endotoxin complex can adsorb endotoxin again. HBS lignin derivatives are new functional material for removing endotoxin in medical industry.
