氟化处理对AB5型贮氢合金性能影响的研究

【摘要】 采用HF和KF的混合溶液对富镧AB5型贮氢合金进行氟化处理,研究了HF含量及反应温度对氟化反应的影响,考察了氟化处理后合金的电化学性能,应用SEM、EDX方法分析了氟化处理后合金的结构及元素成份变化,采用交流阻抗法(EIS)分析了合金电极的阻抗特性以及反应的机理。电化学测试结果表明,氟化处理合金具有更好的高倍率充放电能力和循环性能。形貌分析结果表明,氟化处理后合金表面被腐蚀,表面镍元素含量增高。EIS分析结果表明,氟化处理使合金的活性增强,导电性提高,欧姆阻抗及电化学阻抗显著降低。因此,氟化处理可以有效改善合金的电化学性能,使之更好的满足电动车用动力型电源的要求。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the effect of fluorinate treatment on the performance of LaNi5 hydrogen storage alloy. The effect of the HF content and the temperature on the fluorinate reaction is studied. The performance of the fluorinated alloy is test, and the change of structure and element of fluorinated alloy is analyzed. Electrochemical impedance spectra is also applied to analyze the resistance property of alloy electrode after treatment. Electrochemical testing results showed that the fluorinated alloy electrodes have better rate capability and cycle performance. SEM and EDX results showed that HF had corrosive effect to hydrogen alloy, and the amount of nickel element increased after treatment. EIS analysis showed that fluorinated alloy had lower contact resistance and electrochemical polarization, which resulted in better electrochemical properties and activation. Therefore the fluorinated alloy would well meet the requirement of power sources on electric vehicles.
