流延法制备La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-δ电解质薄膜

【摘要】 采用流延法制备了La0.9Sr0.1 Ga0.8Mg0.2 O3-δ电解质薄膜,确定了流延浆料的基础组成,通过 TG-DTA考察了素坯在排胶过程中的有机粘结剂的分解特性,通过烧结工艺的摸索制备了100×100的 La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-δ电解质薄膜。
【Abstract】 La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-δelectrolyte thin film was prepared by method of tape casting. The optimum composition of the slurry was determined at last. TG-DTA was employed to analysis the behavior of adhesion during calcining. At last 100×100 flat La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-δ electrolyte was prepared.
