平板式固体氧化物燃料电池单电池的研制

【摘要】 研制了Ni-YSZ|YSZ|LSM平板式固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)单电池,设计组装了单电池的气氛控制系统和性能测试系统,以H2为燃料、空气为氧化剂,在温度为800-1000℃范围内测试了电池性能。结果表明,单电池开路电压(OCV)>1.01 V,1000℃时的最大功率密度为7.73mW/cm2,考察了单电池开路电压与氢气流量和温度的关系。
【Abstract】 A single flat-plate solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) with Ni-YSZ| YSZ| LSM configuration was developed, the test system and the fuel control system was established. The electrical properties were examined with H2 as the fuel and the air as the oxidant in a temperature range of 800 to 1000℃. Results showed that the open-circuit voltage (OCV) was over 1. 01V, the maximum power density at 1000℃ reached to 7. 73mW/cm2. It was found that the large ohmic losses of the electrolyte were the main factor responsible for the relative low output power density. The relations of OCV vs. operating temperature and OCV vs. fuel flow rates were also investigated.
