MgB2的成相过程及反应机理分析

【摘要】 为了进一步澄清采用固相反应法制备超导 MgB2中相的形成过程及其反应机理,以求达到优化低温烧结工艺、制备高品质MgB2超导体的目的,本文以高精度差热分析仪(DTA)为主要研究手段来监测块体MgB2制备反应进程;结合XRD及SEM的物相分析和组织观察发现,在纯镁熔化之前,Mg粉与B粉便已发生化学反应生成MgB2超导相,整个反应过程分为固-固和液-固两种截然不同的反应机制,熔点之前主要为受界面控制的固溶形核阶段,之后为析出长女阶段。
【Abstract】 In order to optimize sintering techniques and preparation excellent property of MgB2 superconductor which synthesized by solid reaction, we firstly clarify the reaction process and mechanism by differential thermal analysis(DTA) ,XRD and SEM. As a result finding that before pure magnesium melting point, Mg and B powder have react into MgB2 superconductor, which process contain solid-solid and solid-liquid reaction, these are the different mechanism, the first part is solid solution and nuclear controlled by the interface, the other one is growth phase.
