Fe3O4纳米微粒的制备及特性

【摘要】 研究了共沉淀和沉淀氧化法制备纳米 Fe3O4微粒过程中各因素对性能的影响:铁盐比例 (nFe2+/nFe3+)为1.0,反应温度为50℃时较为适宜。用无水乙醇或丙酮洗涤能有效地减少微粒的团聚。据此制备出组成单一、粒径小于30nm、结晶状态好、分布均匀、分散性好、磁性强的Fe3O4微粒。其σs为62.80 emu/g,σr为O.90emu/g,矫顽力Hc为510A/m。
【Abstract】 The preparation conditions of Fe3O4 nanoparticles synthesized by co-precipitation and precipitation oxidation reaction were investigated. The results indicate that: the ration of nFe2+/nFe3+=1. 0 is better reaction condition, nanoparticles nanoparticles with high saturation magnetization(σs) are obtained at the aging temperature 50℃ , the alcohol and acetone effectively prevented the particles from aggregating. The results show that the size of the Fe3O4 nanoparticles is less than 30nm with a narrow size distribution and high magnetism, the saturation magnetization intensity σs is 62. 80emu/g, residual magnetism σs is 0. 90emu/g, coercive force Hc is 510A/m.
