【Abstract】 The paper begins with the practice of China, U.S.A and Russia of Principle of Common and Separate Responsibilities in Kyoto Protocol. The Contradictory of Practice of the principle between developed and developing countries is the separating of Common Responsibilities and Separate Responsibilities. So, in international protection of environment field, key point of Practice of Principle of Common and Separate Responsibilities is to taking into account of both Common Responsibilities and Separate Responsibilities, meanwhile, clarifying the substantial content of Separate Responsibilities of developed and developing countries.更多还原
