【摘要】 针对水安全风险和危机评价问题,给出了一种风险.危机度评价方法,并对湘江流域水安全状况进行了评价.结果表明湘江流域2000年水安全处于较安全状态;但水环境的安全状况应引起高度重视,处于亚安全状态,其主要是污水处理达标率过低所至.反映出该方法简单、实用、有效,为水安全风险管理和危机管理提供了一种新的评价方法.

【Abstract】 Aiming at the evaluation problem of the risk and crisis of water safety, a kind of risk-crisis evaluation method is proposed. And applying this method, Xiangjiang basin water safety status is evaluated. The results indicate that the water safety of Xiangjiang basin in 2000 is in a safe status; but the water environment safety condition should be given high attentions, which is in a junior safe status, mainly because of too little sewage treatment to reach the standards. And the example shows that the method is simple, practical and effective, which provides a new evaluation method for water safety risk management and crisis management.
