平阴玫瑰品种的过氧化物酶研究

【摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺不连续垂直板电泳系统,测定了20个平阴玫瑰品种叶片过氧化物同工酶酶谱,并进一步进行聚类分析,结果表明在遗传距离Lq1=0．59将供试品种分为三个系:玫瑰系和蔷薇系、月季系。这与根据形态指标所得分类结果基本吻合。更多还原

【Abstract】 The peroxidase isozyme patterns in leaves of 20 Pingyin Rose cultivars were analysed via polyacrylamide electrophoresis technique. Making clustering analysis for the isozyme bands, looking after both sides the appearance characteristic of the cultivars, the selected cultivars can be divided into 3 types: meigui group, qiangwei group and yueji group. Seeing at the same time, Using polyacrylamide electrophoresis technique to proceede the classification of Pingyin Rose with traditional classification result cotains few differences.更多还原
