大棚西瓜果实发育及影响因素

【摘要】 本文通过室内和田间的观察试验,对大棚西瓜结实过程和影响因素进行了研究。结果如下:大目前大棚西瓜主要通过人工授粉。当天授粉后,第二天早晨便进入胚珠而受精。西瓜同一天开放的雌花与雄花授粉后,其受精率最高;前日开放的雄花或雌花与当日开放的雌花或雄花授粉后还有受精能力;开花2d的雌花与当日开放的雄花授粉后,无受精能力。果实的发育与果实横径扩展快慢和该节叶的生长快慢成正相关。雌花的大小、雌花的开放时期以及温度、湿度、光照和植株营养状况等对果实发育都有影响。该研究为指导大棚西瓜生产和进一步研究提供参考和理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fruit development of watermelon in the greenhouse and Influential factors were studied through observation and experiment in the laboratory and farm. The results were showed as follows: the pollen can enter into the ovule and impregnate in next morning. There was the highest percentage of impregnation when the male and female flower blossom in the same day. There is still had fecundation ability when the male flower was opened in the eve and the female flower wad opened in the day. There is no fecundation ability when the female flower opened two days before and the male flower opened in the day. And there is positive correlation between the growth of fruits and the develop velocity of across diameter and the foliage, there is relation between the develop of fruit and the size of female flower, the open periods of female flower, temperature, humidity, illumination and the nutrition of plants. The results will guide the productive practice and scientific research.更多还原
