一个烟草物流管理平台的设计与实践

【摘要】 本文提出了一个企业级烟草物流管理平台的设计方案,将GIS和GPS技术引入到烟草物流业务中,满足烟草物流配送的调度、导航与监控需求。通过对烟草物流配送流程的调研和分析,明确了系统设计思路,对系统结构、功能作了设计。并对系统设计与建设中的一些普遍性问题作了讨论,也重点介绍了如何动态地管理经烟户位置信息、设计与集中式配送相适应的业务流程等关键问题。在浙江省某市的应用实践证明了本设计的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces an enterprise-level tobacco product logistic system. Using GIS and GPS technologies in the procedures of tobacco product distribution, the system aims to provide logistic applications such as distribution plan, task allocation, vehicle navigation and control. Based on the user investigation and the requirements analysis of the business flow of tobacco product supply and customer service, the system development strategy is discussed generally and the system architecture and functions are outlined carefully. In addition, several key issues, such as how to collect and update the location data of all retailers, how to reengineer the centralized business flow, and the data exchange problem between multiple applications, are also discussed. The system design, implementation and utilization in a city of Zhejiang Province show that the solution ideas and technical design in this paper are practical and effective.更多还原
