2BQMS-2型坐水播种机施水初步研究

【摘要】 本文坐水播种试验,是在2BQM-2型免耕气吸播种施肥机基础上,配置供水系统,一次作业完成开沟、施水、施肥、播种、覆土等多道工序,达到坐水播种目的。通过对施水前后土壤坚实度与土壤含水率测试数据分析,结果显示,施水后改变了土壤坚实度与含水率。玉米发芽临界土壤含水率为12%~14%,施水作业满足了作物发芽生长的条件。在干旱情况下,要保证播种作业,必须采用施水播种,用有限的水保证种子发芽出苗。

【Abstract】 The Experiment introduced in this paper is about bed-irrigating sowing. A no-tillage fertilizing planter type 2BQM-2 which sows by sucking seeds was modified to set the watering system on it to finish the digging, watering, fertilizing, sowing and soil covering programs once to bring out the experimental mind. The soil density and humidity before and after the bed-irrigating sowing changed knowing from analyzing the Data of them. The best humidity of soil for the germinating of maize seeds is 12% to 14%. It can be fulfilled by bed-irrigating works. In the condition of drought, the bed-irrigating sowing should be essential to ensure the sowing level which means to ensure the certain germinating rate with the limited water.
