一种以纳米TATB/B为基炸药的短脉冲冲击起爆阈值的测量

【摘要】 利用金属薄膜电爆炸驱动聚酰亚胺薄膜飞片产生短脉冲冲击波的加载技术,依据DRM(Delayed Robbins-Monro)试验程序,测量了以纳米级颗粒TATB/B为基的炸药的50%短脉冲冲击起爆阈值,并将之与相同实验装置测定的以亚微米级颗粒TATB/B为基相同配方炸药的50%短脉冲冲击起爆阈值进行比较,结果表明以纳米级颗粒 TATB/B为基炸药短脉冲冲击起爆阈值比以亚微米级TATB/B为基炸药低,在保证炸药安全性的同时更有利于短脉冲冲击起爆装置所需能量的降低。

【Abstract】 Using the loading technique of electrically exploding driven the kapton flyer to produce with short-duration pulse shock wave, the shock initiation threshold of a nanometer TATB/B based explosive under the condition of 50% initiation probability has been obtained by means of the DRM (Delayed Robbins-Monro) test procedure. At the same time the result is compared with that of a sub-micrometer TATB/B based explosive with the same compositions. The results show that the shock initiation threshold of a nanometer TATB/B based explosive under the condition of 50% initiation probability is lower than that of the sub-micrometer TATB/B based explosive. With lower threshold, the needed energy of the initiation device can be reduced, from which the optimizen design of the short-duration pulse shock initiation device may benefited.
