【摘要】 本次试验对三个品系269头金华猪的6个主效基因座位的基因型进行了检测,计算了各品系中各种基因的基因型和基因频率,每个座位的基因多态信息量及杂合度,结果表明金华猪六个主效基因中,有二个主效基因已经固定,其余四个主效基因的平均基因多态信息量为0.2174,平均基因杂合度为0.2751。这说明金华猪群体虽然经过20多年的小群保种仍然存在着一定的遗传多样性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The genotypes of six major genes for three lines of Jinhua pig were determined in the study, the genotype and gene frequency for each gene were also calculated for each line as well as the polymorphism information content (PIC) and the genetic heterozygosity (H) . The result showed that the RBP4 gene and FUT1 gene were fixed in Jinhua pigs, and the average PIC and H of the rest four genes were 0. 2174 and 0. 2751 respectively. This indicated that there is still genetic diversity in the Jinhua pig population after the small conservation population were kept for more than 20 years.更多还原
