【Abstract】 The measurement method for some radioisotope such as ⁹⁹Tc, ¹⁸²Hf, ¹⁵¹Sm is developing in China Institute of Atomic Energy （CIAE） accelerator mass spectrometry （AMS） system, and applications in the fields of nuclear physics, geosciences, life science and materials science is carried out.
