【摘要】 目的:研究麝冰菖控释舣层膜的制备工艺及指纹图谱。方法:采用PVA 作缓释膜,白芨胶作速释膜,通过一系列实验筛选山最佳工艺:用GC 及GC-MS 制备指纹图谱鉴定药物成分。结果:该工艺简单易行;含药量、外观等各项指标均达到要求:以指纹图谱鉴别中药制剂,方法简单,特异性强,是一有效可行的鉴别手段。结论:麝冰菖控释双层膜制备工艺简单,剂型先进,释药可控,使用方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the preparation technics and the fingerprint of Shebingchangcontrolled release double deck membrane.Method:To filtrate the best technics by a serials ofexperiments,adopting PVA as the slow release membrane and white lofty glue as the rapid releasemembrane.To identify the component of double deck membrane named muskiness,borneol andmaidenhair by GC and GC-MS.Result:The preparation technics of double deck membrane namedmuskiness,borneol and maidenhair is original.This technics is simple and feasible.Apiece indexsuch as the pastille quantity and the appearance is up to the effect.The identification of Chinesetraditional medicine preparation by a fingerprint collection of illustrative plates atlas is an effectiveand practicable measure because its method is simple and its particularity is strong.Conclusion:The preparation technics of Shebingchang controlled release double deck membrane is simple,advanced,controllable and convenient.更多还原
