纳米科学技术在制冷系统工质替代中的作用与研究进展

【摘要】 介绍了纳米材料的一些性质和纳米科学技术在制冷系统工质替代中的作用与研究进展。讨论了纳米微粒对改善矿物及冷冻机油与氢氟烃制冷剂(HFC)相溶性的作用,分析了纳米微粒对压缩机润滑的作用及纳米微粒对HFC/矿物油工质饱和性质的影响。介绍了含纳米微粒的制冷系统特性研究进展。
【Abstract】 The development on investigation on the impaction of Nano-ST on refrigerating system using alternative refrigerant of HFC was presented in this paper. First of all, the affection of nano-particles on the solubility of an HFC refrigerant in mineral refrigeration oil was discussed. Then, the affection of nano-particles on the lubrication and on the saturation of HFC/mineral oil mixture was also analyzed. The development of research on the characteristics of a refrigerating system using nano- working fluids was recommended.
