柴油机用复合摆线Ⅱ型对称凸轮设计分析
Design Method on Symmetrical MFB-Ⅱ Cam Profile of Vehicular Engines

【摘要】 本文阐述了MFB-Ⅱ型对称进气凸轮型线设计的主要步骤,根据配气正时及柴油机工作条件要求,合理选择并优化缓冲段及工作段曲线的特性参数,进行设计计算。计算结果表明,MFB-Ⅱ型线凸轮,在满足速度、加速度、跃动度等要求的前提条件下,具有更大的丰满系数。保证良好的换气质量、较低的振动和噪声.MFB-Ⅱ型线凸轮对转速低于2000r/m 的柴油机是一种比较理想的选择。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a symmetric inlet valve driven MFB-Ⅱ cam design and calculate procedure,according to therequirement of gas exchange timing and engine work condition,we carefully select and optimize the performance and characterparameters for the buffer section and foundational section,and then we get a MFB-Ⅱ cam profile with higher ample factor,but itslow velocity and acceleration restricted in a relatively low level.This cam design has an advantage of good gas exchange quality,better stability and low vibration & noise.So is an ideal selection for engine with a speed not high than 2000 r/m.
