【摘要】 自行研制了一种传感器,根据葡萄酒中酒精度和糖度与阻抗的关系,测量出酒精度和糖度之和的输出信号,再利用酒精传感器测量出酒精度输出信号,将这两路信号输入到减法器中,则由减法器输出的信号即为糖度值。该仪器可以同时在线动态监测葡萄酒中的酒精度和糖度。更多还原

【Abstract】 A kind of self-developing sensor is introduced. It can measure the total output signals of the alcohol degrees and the sugar degree according to the relations of impedance between alcohol degree and sugar degree in the grape wine, then the output signal of the alcohol degress is measured by the alcohol sensor and the two signals are put into the subtraction device, then the output signal from the subtraction device namely is the sugar degree.
