非线性载荷下的转动轴瞬态分析方法研究

【摘要】 提出了一种新的转动轴模型的研究方法。将一种分布式模态参数方法,应用于带有能量消耗和非线性载荷的大型转动轴。该方法于其他处理技术的优势在于计算的稳定性,以往的一些计算方法往往采用简化模型和简化计算技术,因此能量损耗经常被忽视。目前存在各种类型的转动轴模型,使得计算结果的精度和稳定性存在很大差异。文中提到的计算方法将更接近实际情况。
【Abstract】 A new approach for the analysis of rotational shaft is presented. The method uses a modal parameter formulation and is applicable to the case of the energy loss shafts and nonlinear loads. The advantage of this method over other techniques resides in the computational stability, in its flexibility in the choice of a reference system and in the simplicity of the solutions in the case where losses are neglected. An analysis of different types of energy loss shaft structure problems is first presented. The approach is developed to lead to the solutions for various special actual cases.
