【摘要】 利益分配是知识链管理中的一个关键问题,对于知识链的持续稳定发展起决定作用。为此,从组织之间知识流动的角度界定了知识链和知识链管理,并将知识链成员之间的合作视为一种合作博弈过程。同时运用合作博弈理论构建了具有旁支付的知识链成员之间利益分配的n人合作博弈模型,并通过算例分析解决成员之间的利益分配问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The payoff allocation which is a pivotal question in knowledge chain management plays an crucial role for knowledge chain to develop continuously. This paper defines knowledge chain and knowledge chain management from the approach of the knowledge flow among organizations. The cooperation among the members of knowledge chain is the process of a kind of cooperative games. This paper constructs an n-Person Cooperative Game model which can offset the payoff among the members of knowledge chain on the basis of game theory. At last, it solves the problem of payoff allocation among the members of knowledge chain by analyzing a case.更多还原
