植物源抗病毒活性物质的初步筛选
Primarily screening of antiviral substances from plants

【摘要】 以烟草花叶病为防治对象,经过在普通烟上的生物测定,筛选出抑制率在20%以上的含有抗病毒活性物质的植物58种。包括独活、大戟、泽泻、青蒿、艾蒿、刺儿菜、鱼腥草、黄花蒿、泥炭藓、睫毛地衣、悬藓、中华木衣藓、蕨类、红藻、锦葵、秋葵、黄蜀葵、天竺葵、山茶、茶、无花果、法国梧桐树、海桐、紫杉、水杉、黄岑、香石竹、银杏、苦瓜、重楼、紫金牛、射干、虎杖、小藜、紫草、月季、蛇床子、海带、连翘、牛蒡、蹄叶橐吾、板兰根、大黄、贯众、金银花、槟榔、薄荷、蒲公英、柴胡、结缕草、马齿苋、穿心莲、玉簪、菠菜、苦楝树、大豆、连翘、草莓、银杏。其中银杏、无花果、板兰根、大黄对烟草花叶病毒的抑制率在50%以上。无花果最高,达到68.6%。
【Abstract】 Plants are screened for antiviral activity against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) infected tobacco and 58 species of them have been identified to contain over 20% infection inhibition activity as follows Angelica pubescens,Euphorbia pekinensis,Alisma orirentale,Artemisia annua,Artemisia argyi,Crisium seta-sum, Houttuynia cordata, Artemisia annua,Sphagnum compactum ,Parmelia cetrata Ach,Barbella pendula, Drummondia sinensis,Ampelopteris prolifera,Schizymenia pacifica ,Malva sinensis,Abelmoschus esculentus, A. manihot, Pelargonium grandiflorum ,Camellia japonic,Camellia sinensis,Ficus carica,Platanus acerifoli- ,Pittosporaceae pittosporum,Taxus cuspidata,Taxodiaceae metasequoia, Scvtellria baicalensis, Diconthus fragrans, Gink go bibloba, Momordica charantia , Paris petiolata, Ardisia japonica, Belamcanda chinensis, Polygonatum sibiricum ,Chenopodium serotinum ,Lithospermu erythrorhizon,Rosa chinesis,Cnidium monnier-i,Laminaria japonica, Forsythia suspensa , Arctium lappa , Ligularia macrophylla, Isatis indigotica, Rheum officinale, Dryopteris crassirhizoma, Lonicera japonica , Areca catechu, Mentha piperita. Taraxacum mon-golicum,Bupleurum chinense,Zoysia japonica ,Portulaca oleracea,Andrographis paniculata,Hosta ventrico-ca,Spinacia oleracea,Azadirachta indica ,Glycine max,Forsythia suspensa,Fragaria chiloensi. Extracts prepared from Ginkgo bibloba,Ficus carica,Isatis indigotica,and Rheum officinale exhibit over 50% antiviral activity,and that of Ficus carica is up to 68. 6%.
