【摘要】 目的利用HPLC法测定野生和不同培养条件下灵芝中的三萜化合物的含量。方法以灵芝酸B(ganoderic acid B)、赤芝酸A(lucidenic acid A)、灵芝酸C(ganoderic acid C)和赤芝孢子酸A(ganosporeic acid A)为对照品;流动相乙腈-水(34:66),0.5%甲酸;流速:1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长:254 nm。结果测定了4种灵芝样品中三萜酸的含量并进行比较。结论本法可用于灵芝三萜类物质的检查和含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim Determine the triterpene constituents from Ganoderma lucidum by HPLC. Methods ganoderic acid, lucidenic acid A, ganoderic acid C and ganosporeic acid A were used as comparison substances. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (34:66) with 0.5% acetic acid; the flow rate was 1.0 mL min-1 and the detecting wavelength was 254nm. Results The triterpene acids of 4 samples were determined and there content were compaired and analysised. Conclusion The method is suitable for the analysis of the triterpene constituents in fruit bodyies, spores and correlative preparation of Ganoderma lucidum.更多还原
