【摘要】 概述了适用于MEMS系统仿真的几种方法,着重介绍了这些方法的基本思想、实现关键及各自的优缺点,并初步实现了典型叉指电容式微加速度传感器的系统级仿真。

【Abstract】 Several methodologies of system-level simulation adapted to MEMS were introduced,including the basic idea,construction method ,as well as advantages and disadvantages respectively. And results of the system-level simulation of the comb capacitive microaccelerometer are given.
