【Abstract】 This paper presented the following contents;new types of materials or substances,electronic information and military system. Developmental trend of nanotechnology in biomedical science was discussed prospectively. Depicting the quantum tunneling effects in nanometer scale and nano material,it can make changes in structure or energy state,the specidities of shysics and chemistry will be happened. The micro -electronics,photoelectron,computer and weapon will be developed greatly. Forward, gene or cell can be controlled and repaired in nanotechnology.更多还原
