卸压法治理钢筋混凝土破裂井壁后力学性能的实测研究

【摘要】 结合鲍店煤矿南风井钢筋混凝土井壁破裂后采用卸压法进行治理的实际工程,在理论分析、数值模拟计算和物理模拟试验研究成果的基础上,通过现场实测对“卸压治理技术”的应用效果和井壁二次破裂过程进行了研究,得到卸压法治理破裂井壁后7年内(包含二次破裂后3年内)各阶段中井壁内部应力应变的动态变化规律和卸压槽压缩量的变化规律,验证了卸压法治理井壁破裂的力学机理和二次破裂过程,为卸压法治理井壁破裂提供了理论依据和工程参数。

【Abstract】 Combining with the practical project of the reinforced concrete fractured shaft lining in thick alluvium cured by the unloading method in Baodian Coalmine) based on the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and physical simulation experiment results, the application effect of unloading curing technique and the secondary fracture process of shaft lining are studied with the help of field test. The dynamic variation laws of strain in shaft lining,variation law of compressing number of the unloading-slots in every stage after the fractured shaft lining being cured by use of the unloading method in 7 years (including 3 years after the secondary fracture) are obtained. The mechanical mechanism and the secondary fracture process of the fractured shaft lining being cured by use of the unloading method are validated. Which provides theoretical foundation and engineering parameters for the unloading method to cure fractured shaft lining.
