【摘要】 对60例中风患者采用运动促进技术及作业疗法进行治疗,并采用Fugl-Meyer法评测运动功能。结果表明:治疗后肢体运动功能明显改善;随年龄增长,功能改善的积分逐渐下降;发病至开始治疗时间有半年以前者,功能改善明显,半年以后都有改善。说明促进技术与作业疗法可改善中风患者的肢体运动功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 60 Stroke patients received the therapy and training of facilitation technique and occupational therapy. Fugl-Meyer method was used for the assessment of the extremity motor function.The results showed that the extremity motor function after treatment was significantly improved compared with that the before the treatment; the older the patients, the lower the total scores of the patient’s function; the motor function in patients treated during the period within six months (from onset of sickness to the treatment), motor function was better improved than that after six months.更多还原
