【摘要】 本文阐述脊髓损伤后排尿功能训练的理想模式——自行诱导排尿和间歇清洁导尿相结合。按照膀胱功能障碍的分类:反射性膀胱,即逼尿肌反射亢进与无反射性膀胱,即逼尿肌无反射。应用诱导排尿和间歇导尿的方法,被认为是有利于恢复膀胱功能,改善排尿症状,减少残余尿量,减少并发症的有效方法。对于SCI患者提高其生活自理能力和质量具有重要意义。在临床应用中取得了良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ideal mode that combine induced uresis with intermittent catheterization of uresis function training in the patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) is expatiated.According to the classification of bladder dysfunction: reflex bladder and non reflex bladder. Combine induced uresis with intermittent catheterization is thought to be useful in renew the function of bladder, improve urination symptom, reduced the values of residual urine and the syndrome.And it is important to improve the ability and quality of self-living.
