【摘要】 中国钢铁工业的急剧发展导致市场竞争的加剧,对产品的组织和性能提出更高的要求,为了适应市场的需求,将北美钢铁企业联合开发的热轧分析软件HSMM引入中国,在攀钢热轧板厂做了初步的测试,结果表明,HSMM功能强大,温度计算非常准确,高强度低合金钒钢P510的温度预测值与实测值的偏差在±20℃,组织性能预测也基本吻合。更多还原

【Abstract】 With rapid development of the steel industry and tough competition in the market, it is urgent for steel companies to provide the higher quality products to meet the demand. In order to adapt this situation, HSMM software which was jointly developed by the North America Steel Industries has been introduced in China. Initial tests in Hot Strip Mill of Panhihua New Steel - Vanadium Co. , Ltd. proved that HSMM is very powerful and can give accurate temperature prediction with no more than ± 20℃ deviation, its property prediction is also in a reason able agreement with production data.更多还原
