【Abstract】 The developing and researching about the steel 20CrMnTiH-1.grade adopted the technological process: smelting in BOF（80tons）→refining in LF→rectangular bloom continuous casting with full protect→semi-tandem rolling units. The products’ chemical components was stable, control range was narrow, Hardenability band was equal or lower than 7.5HRC, grain size 7～8 level, （oxygen content） [O]≤28×10^-4%, met customer’s demands.更多还原
