热轧1150 MPa级超高强度复相钢的开发
DEVELOPMENT FOR A HOT-ROLLED 1150 MPa CLASS SUPER HIGH STRENGTH MULTI-PHASE STRIP STEEL

【摘要】 在宝钢2050热连轧机组成功试制抗拉强度为1150 MPa级的超高强度复相热轧带钢,3mm厚卷板轧态的典型力学性能为:屈服强度825MPa,抗拉强度1165MPa,延伸率14%,-40℃冲击功8.2J。该钢组织中含有7%左右的残余奥氏体。经回火后,强度下降不明显,但冲击功成倍提高,其强韧性能和30CrMo调质钢相当,可以用于木工切割锯片等耐磨领域。
【Abstract】 The 1150 MP_a class super high strength steel B1150GJ was successfully developed by means of a 2050 hot strip rolling mill in Baoshan Iron and Steel Corporation limited. The typical mechanical properties for a 3 mm thick hot strip are as follows: yield strength of 825 MPa, tensile strength of 1165 MPa, elongation of 14% and charpy impact energy of 8.2 J at-40℃. Around 7% volume fraction of retained austenite are present within the microstructure for such hot strip steel. After tempering, such steel experiences a little bit drop of strength while remarkable improvement of toughness. The impact energy for the tempered condition is doubled as compared with that under hot-rolled condition. Such good combination for strength and toughness under tempered condition for B1150GJ steel is compariable to 30CrMo steel under quenched and tempered condition, which makes B1150GJ steel more suitable for manufacturing wood-sawing tool.
